Authorize General Manager to enter into agreements, applications and other necessaly documents to carry out the purpose and intent of the CRPD Board approved Power Purchase Agreement with CRPD Solar 1, LCC. DISCUSSIOX In November 2012, the Board authorized the General Manager to enter into a Power Purchase Agreement with CRPD Solar 1, LLC for solar installations at Dos Vientos Community Park, Conejo Creek South, Borchard Community Park, and Thousand Oaks Community Park. In order to continue the process of the Solar Installations, it is necessary to enter into an Interconnection Agreement (attached) for each park location.
