Janss !toad, Thousand Oaks <br />Saturday, January 26, 2013 - 8:00 AM (Rise and Shine) <br />AGENDA <br />Special Meeting Facilities Tour <br />The Facilities Tour provides the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and <br />Park District and interested public an opportunity to see Park District facilities first <br />hand. Facility site locations will focus on recently completed, ongoing and <br />planned capital improvements. <br />I . CALL TO ORDER <br />2. ROLL CALL (Chair Susan Holt, Vice Chair Joe Gibson, Directors Ed <br />Jones, George Lange, Chuck Huffer) <br />3.. BOARD BUS TO DEPART FOR FACILITIES TOUR <br />4. FACILITIES TOUR <br />Visit District facilities with bus arriving at the locations and at <br />approximate times listed in the Planned Itinerary for Facilities Tour <br />below. <br />TOUR DEPARTS FROM TEEN CENTER at 8:05 AM. <br />5. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />a. Returning to Teen Center approximately 11:00 AM <br />6. ADJOURN to Regularly Scheduled meeting of February 14, 2013 <br />Planned Itinerary for Facilities Tour <br />The media and public are invited to ride the bus free of charge. There will be <br />limited seating capacity, so a sign up sheet will be available that morning at 7:45 <br />AM at the Teen Center, for those who want to be on the bus rather than in their <br />own vehicle. Once bus rider capacity is reached, any additional members of the <br />
