There will
be some traffic lane adjustments during this period.

B. Recreation Division Report

Callis referenced Rec Highlights. The “Haunted Trail” at Thousand Oaks
Community Park event was a huge success, as was the 12-day run of the “Reign of
Terror.” Callis is anticipating a photo opportunity at the Janss marketplace
sometime next week for the Board to attend. A letter has recently been sent to
approximately 50 sports user groups advising them that in spring 2017, staff will be
recommending to the Board of Directors a potential new fee structure. Today, a
survey (via “Survey Monkey”) was sent electronically to all folks who registered for
a fall CRPD program; 37 responses have already been received.

C. Management Services Division Report

No report.

D. The Ride-On
fundraising event scheduled for November 12 has been cancelled.
