Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />Ed Jones, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Annual Agreement and <br />Authorize General Manager to execute the Thousand Oaks Rotary Club Chili Cook -Off (CHILI <br />COOK -OFF) Agreement for 2017 <br />DISCUSSION <br />In an effort to balance the potential impact to the significant landscaping and capital improvements <br />to the park site with the overall community benefit of the CHILI COOK -OFF, staff has had a series <br />of meetings with ROTARY representatives to discuss the Annual Agreement and Permit for the 2017 <br />CHILI COOK -OFF. The goal of the meetings was to provide a venue at a reasonable fee while <br />minimizing damage and down time at the site. <br />The Agreement allows for the 2017 CHILI COOK -OFF event to be conducted on Sunday, April <br />30tH <br />This year's event, which will be open to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., will be held at <br />Conejo Creek North Park.
