Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Award purchase in the total amount of $108,059.65 to Fairview Ford as follows: <br />(2) 2015 '/2 Ton Truck in the amount of $50,394.00, <br />(1) 2015 3/ Ton Truck in the amount of $26,399.00, <br />(1) 2015 3/ Ton Truck 4X4 in the amount of $26,449.00, <br />(1) 2015 Hybrid Vehicle in the amount of $21,610.00, <br />(4) District Vehicles for trade in the amount of ($26,200.00). <br />Funds are available in the Equipment Reserve Fund. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On September 4, 2014, the Board rejected all bids on a prior advertisement of this purchase; <br />staff re -advertised the bid. <br />One 2015 '/2 Ton Truck will replace current asset #P0015, a 2008 Chevy % Ton 1500 Utility <br />Pick -Up. Asset #P0015 has reached the end of the life cycle and requires replacement. <br />One 2015 '/2 Ton Truck will replace current asset #P0016, a 2008 Chevy '/2 Ton 1500 Utility <br />Pick -Up. Asset #P0016 has reached the end of the life cycle and requires replacement. <br />The 2015 3/ Ton Truck will replace current asset #5191., a 2007 Chevy 3/ -Ton 2500 Utility <br />Pick -Up. Asset #5191 has reached the end of the life cycle and requires replacement. <br />The 2015 % Ton Truck 44 will replace current asset #5215, a 2008 Chevy 3/ -Ton 2500 44 <br />Utility Pick -Up.
