Minutes 6-25-14 <br />Page 2 <br />Bill Cleary <br />Karen Lindsey, CRPD Administrator <br />3. PUBLIC DISCUSSION <br />Karen Lindsey, CRPD Administrator, Recreation and Community Services, <br />introduced herself. She said she was there on behalf of the CRPD Board of <br />Directors and Administration, to offer congratulations to Bill and Maxine <br />Cleary for winning the Council on Aging Senior(s) of the Year Award and to <br />thank them and the Commission as a whole for all their hard work benefitting <br />the senior community. <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF MAY 28, 2014 <br />Seerden asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the May meeting. <br />It was moved by Martinich, seconded by Norkin to approve the minutes <br />of the May meeting. <br />Bengtson noted a grammatical error on page 6 with the word "and" missing <br />from Blum's report regarding Game Day details. He reported that he and <br />Smith had met... <br />The minutes were approved as amended. <br />5. OLD AND NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Officer Elections for 2014/2015 <br />Hessman, in response to Seerden, distributed officer election ballots for <br />Commission officer elections for fiscal year 2014-2015. <br />The commissioners cast their votes. Ballots were collected and tallied by <br />Blum, Schiano and Coleman. <br />Seerden announced the election results: President, Seerden; Vice <br />President, Cleary; Treasurer, Basilio; and Secretary, Martinich. <br />
