ARTICLE IV FISCAL POLICIES <br />Section 1 Fiscal Year <br />The fiscal year for the Goebel Senior Center Commission shall be from July 1 <br />through June 30. <br />Section 2 Financial Review <br />The Commission shall be responsible to assure a =financial review is conducted <br />at least once every third year. <br />ARTICLE V OFFICERS <br />Section 1 Officers of the Board <br />The officers of the Board shall be President, Vice -President, Secretary, and <br />Treasurer. The term of office shall be one year beginning July 1 and ending <br />June 30. <br />Section 2 President <br />The President is responsible for guiding, planning, organizing, and using the <br />available talents and resources to attain the maximum benefit for the seniors in <br />the community. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of <br />Commissioners and shall have the authority to appoint or remove standing or <br />special committee chairpersons as approved by the Board. She/he shall be an <br />ex officio member of all committees except the nominating committee. The <br />President will conduct the meetings of the Commission using generally accepted <br />parliamentarian rules of conduct. <br />Section 3 Vice President <br />The Vice President shall conduct meetings in the absence of the President and <br />
