Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />The Goebel Senior Center Commission reviewed and has proposed several changes to their <br />bylaws. Pursuant to the bylaws, these proposed modifications were considered by the <br />Commission at their May 28, 2014 meeting and subsequently posted for the minimum thirty - <br />day period for public review. At their July 23, 2014 meeting, the Commission approved the <br />proposed modifications. <br />Attached is a copy of the proposed amended bylaws. Proposed deletions are and <br />proposed additions are in red. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2011-2015 Strategic Plan Elements 1.1.1: Expand program opportunities through <br />partnerships with other governmental agencies, non-profit organizations and institutions. And, <br />4.0 Partnerships: Objective is to collaborate with other entities in order to fulfill the District's <br />mission.
