DISCUSSION On April 17, 2014, the Board of Directors adopted a Resolution of Intention to levy the assessments for LMD 94-1 (Dos Vientos) for the fiscal year 2014-15. The resolution set the date, time and place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of the annual assessments. The Notice of the Public Hearing was not published in Ventura County Star in sufficient time for proper notification of the May 22, 2014 Public Hearing to consider the adoption of the Resolution No. 052214-C ordering the levy of assessments for LMD 94-1 (Dos Vientos); thus, on May 22, 2014, the Board of Directors continued the Public Hearing until June 5, 2014. A Notice of the June 5, 2014 Public Hearing was published in Ventura County Star on May 25, 2014. The resolution under consideration at this time confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LMD 94-1 (available online at www.crpd.org/94-lER) and confirms the levies contained therein.
