Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Con 'd Adoption of Resolution No. 060514—A <br />Resolution Approving Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and <br />Assessment and Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2014-15 <br />(Districtwide Assessment AD 62-1) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution No. 060514-A approving the Engineer's Report, Confirming the <br />Diagram and Assessment and Ordering the Levy of Assessment for the Districtwide <br />Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1). <br />DISCUSSION <br />On April 17, 2014, the Board of Directors directed the preparation of the annual <br />Engineer's Report for the Districtwide Assessment (62-1), preliminarily approved the <br />Engineer's Report and set the date, time and place for this Public Hearing to consider <br />final approval of the Engineer's Report, confirm the diagram and assessment and order <br />the levy of assessment for Fiscal Year 2014/15. The Notice of Public Hearing was <br />published in Ventura County Star on Friday, May 23, 2014. Additional public notification <br />of the District budgetary process was advertised in the District's Summer Brochure. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report (available <br />online at www.crpd.org/62-1 ER) for the Districtwide Park Maintenance and Recreation <br />Improvement District (AD 62-1) and confirms the levies contained therein. The levies <br />are $34.42 per single-family equivalent unit for Fiscal Year 2014/15 (changing from <br />$34.03 per single-family equivalent unit in Fiscal Year 2013/14) throughout the District <br />except for properties covered by AD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) or AD 94-1 (Dos Vientos <br />Ranch) where the levy is reduced to $17.21 per single-family equivalent unit (changing <br />from $17.01 per single-family equivalent unit in Fiscal Year 2013/14). <br />403 West Hillcrest Drive I Thousand Oaks, CA 91360-4223 <br />(805) 495-6471 FAX: (805) 497-3199 Email: parks@crpd.org <br />
