DISCUSSION On April 17, 2014, the Board of Directors adopted a Resolution of Intention to levy the assessments for LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) for the fiscal year 2014-15. The resolution set the date, time and place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of the annual assessments. The Notice of Public Hearing was published in Ventura County Star on May 12, 2014. Additional public notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the District's Summer Brochure. The resolution under consideration at this time confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for LMD 92-1 (available online at www.crpd.org/92-lER) and confirms the levies contained therein. The levies ($70.78 per single family unit for FY 2014/2015 changing from $63.96 per single family unit in FY 2013/2014) are within the range allowable per Proposition 218 (not to exceed $91.68 per single family unit for FY 2014/2015 changing from not to exceed $91.18 per single family unit in FY 2013/2014).
