Attachment A RESOLUTION 052214-A A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS SUBJECT TO THE LIMITATION SET FORTH IN ARTICLE XIIIB OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution established the total annual appropriations subject to limitations for the State and for local government; and WHEREAS, said limitation is defined as the appropriations limit of such entities for the prior year adjusted for changes in per capita personal income and population of said entities; and WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District wishes to establish the appropriations subject to limitation for the fiscal year 2014-2015, NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park district does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The appropriations subject to limitation for the Conejo Recreation and Park District for the fiscal year 1978 -1979 was $4,522,406. 2. The appropriations subject to limitation pursuant to Article XIIIB of the California Constitution for the Conejo Recreation and Park District for the fiscal year 2014-2015 is $38,134,262. 3. Said appropriations subject to limitation include adjustments pursuant to Section 3 of Article XIIIB of the California Constitution as of the date of this resolution.
