RESOLUTION ON 052214-E <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE PER DISTRICT ORDINANCE <br />WHEREAS, the Conejo Recreation and Park District is duly organized and existing under <br />the provision of Section 5700 st. seq., of the Public Resources Code of the State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, the Conejo Recreation and Park District Board of Directors has adopted an <br />ordinance manual setting policies regarding the operation of the District; and <br />WHEREAS, District ordinances Sections 502, 506, and 514 provide that the Board of <br />Directors set certain fee, deposit, and refund amounts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Conejo <br />Recreation and Park District does hereby adopt the fee, deposit, and refund amounts detailed in <br />the Attachments which shall remain in effect until changed by said Board of Directors. <br />Passed this 22nd day of May 2013 by the following vote <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ABSENT: <br />Joe Gibson <br />Chair <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager <br />and Secretary of the Board of Directors <br />ATTEST: <br />Aline Reynders <br />Executive Assistant <br />
