Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />To: Board of Directors <br />From: Jim Friedl, General Mana r <br />Subject: Proposed Capital Improve!- udget for Fiscal Year 2014-15 <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Provide direction to staff on the recommended proposed Year 2 Capital Improvement Plan. <br />The public hearing for final budget approval is scheduled for June 19, 2014. <br />DISCUSSION <br />During the previous year's budget process, staff presented the Board with a proposed TEN- <br />YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN which included the proposed Capital Improvement <br />Projects (CIP) and Major Repairs for the upcoming two fiscal years (FY 13/14 and FY 14/15). <br />As the District approaches the start of the second fiscal year (FY 14/15), minor modifications <br />are recommended and provided for the Board's direction. <br />Capital Improvement Projects <br />Projects for FY 14/15 are attached.
