CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br /> <br />Gibson called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and Jones led the flag salute. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Huffer, Jones, Lange <br /> <br />Directors Absent: <br /> <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Lewanda and Lindsey and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br /> <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br /> Megan McDonough, Recreation Coordinator, Hillcrest Center for the Arts, summarized <br />upcoming events, including Conejo Valley Summer Music Camp, Summer Theater Camp, <br />Broadway Musical Summer Camp, One-Act Weekend, YAE 4-Ever, Classics in the Park, <br />Concerts in the Park, and the 34th Annual Young Artists’ Summer production, this year <br />presenting “Jesus Christ Superstar.” <br /> <br /> McDonough answered Board members’ questions and was thanked for her informative <br />presentation. <br /> <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br /> <br />6.
