Under Construction <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Replace All Three Picnic Structures <br />with Shade Sails <br />Conejo Creek North <br />Demolition of existing wood structures and <br />replacement with modern fabric shade <br />structures at District's most popular park. <br />Demolition ongoing, project is scheduled <br />for completion April 2014. <br />Repave East Parking Lot <br />Wildflower Playfield <br />Regularly scheduled paving to extend the <br />life of the east end parking lot; grinding of <br />existing asphalt with a two-inch overlay. <br />Project nearly complete, scheduled for <br />completion mid-January 2014. <br />Meets 2013 Strategic Plan Element 2.3: Maintain the 10 -Year Capital Improvement Plan. <br />Regularly update the 10 -Year Capital Improvement Plan to prioritize projects and effectively <br />plan and allocate future resources.
