Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Improvement Projects Status Report for <br />In Fiscal Year 2014-2015, the Board approved 22 projects; as of July 1, 2015: <br />* 16 are completed, <br />* 6 are in progress and will be carried over to Fiscal Year 2015-2016, <br />* A total of $1,308,074 was expended for capital projects. <br />An Annual Master Plan Update (attached) with a spreadsheet titled "FINAL - 201412015 <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS" will be kept with the June 2011 Master Plan; the Master Plan will be <br />comprehensively reviewed and updated, as needed, to better reflect the community as it <br />changes and matures. The entire June 2011 Master Pian is located at: <br />www.crpd.org/MasterPlan2011 <br />The attached spreadsheet details each project, including information regarding the project <br />manager, location, description, budget, year-to-date expenditures, balance, percent expended <br />(financial information as of 711115), and comments (as of 7/1/15).
