Approve conceptual design of equestrian and bike path improvements project at <br />Conejo Creek North Park. <br />2. Authorize the General Manager to execute other documents and agreements <br />necessary to effectuate this project. <br />DISCUSSION <br />As part of the Citywide Bicycle Improvements project, City of Thousand Oaks staff has <br />proposed an equestrian and bike path improvements project at Conejo Creek North Park <br />(attached). <br />District staff, as well as representatives from Equestrian Trails Incorporated Corral #37 <br />(ETI), have reviewed the conceptual project. <br />District staff will continue to work with City staff and ETI representatives to develop the <br />project. It is anticipated the design of the project will be completed in the Spring 2016 and <br />construction in the Fall 2016, <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2015 Strategic Plan Element 4.9: Develop, maintain and enhance relationships <br />with the City of Thousand Oaks and the Conejo Valley Unified School District.
