Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />in Rancho Conejo Open <br />Authorize General Manager to enter into a contract with Fence Factory, in the amount of <br />$47,881.00, for removal of 724 feet of woodcrete fencing and replacement with two rail wood <br />fencing. Funds are available from account 62-899-811-89001-000. <br />DISCUSSION <br />As a result of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for Fencing Supply Services at various <br />District facilities in April 2008, the Board authorized the General Manager to award a contract to <br />Fence Factory. <br />In accordance with the agreement ana District procedures, <br />direct purchase and installation of fencing services is allowed <br />at all monetary levels since the service is considered General <br />Services.
