Approve Resolution 120414-A making certain findings and Adopting the Mitigated <br />Negative Declaration (MND) and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />(MMRP) for the Sapwi Trails Community Park and Approving the Project as the Sapwi <br />Trails Community Park Master Plan. <br />2. Approve Resolution 120414-B adopting the Sapwi Trails Community Park Project and <br />authorize General Manager to take steps necessary to move Project forward including: <br />a. Filing a Return to the Writ issued by the Ventura County Superior Court; <br />b. Entering into Amendment #1 to contract with RRM Design Group in the amount <br />of $71,070 for Phase 3 of Environmental and Design Services for Sapwi Trails <br />Community Park (pending conclusion of court's jurisdiction). <br />c. Filing development permit application with City of Thousand Oaks and other <br />regulatory agencies as required <br />d.
