Hello! <br />My Name is Dr. Robert L. "Bob" Blair, <br />I am one of the candidates running for Seat A in the Coastal Network of the California Special <br />Districts Association. <br />Why.should you elect me over the other aspiring CSDA Candidates? <br />I . I have prior experience. I served on the CSDA Board as a representative of <br />Region 4 from 2002 to 2004. During that time, I served on the committee that <br />returned the ERAF money to the Cities, Counties, & Special Districts. <br />2. I hold a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of California Medical <br />Center in San Francisco (UCSF) and an AA degree from San Francisco City <br />College. I also hold two valid Pharmacy licenses (California & Nevada). <br />3. I have been married to my wife Eileen for over 60 years. Together we have raised <br />three very successful adult children: Lisa, Lodene & James. <br />4. I served on the NCSD Board of Directors from 1994 to 2004. In 2012, I ran a <br />successful campaign, was the top vote getter by a large margin, and returned to <br />the NCSD for 4 more years. <br />5. I have a strong longtime personal relationship with our current 35th District <br />Assemblyman Katcho Achadjian. Katcho and I both ran for local office in San <br />Luis Obispo County in 1994. <br />6. 1 never missed a meeting when I represented CSDA Region 4 in 2002-2004. I will <br />give you 100% of my time, if you give me your Vote in this coming election. <br />7. I have been involved in Water, Land use, and planning at the State & Local levels <br />for some 35 years. Please let me put my many talents and experience to work for <br />all the people of Coastal Network. <br />Please vote to put "Dr. Bob back on the job".
