Fiscal Year 2014-2015 (Application) and Fiscal Year 2015-2016 (Project) <br />The application period of the fifth cycle of the program completed May 1, 2095. From the <br />applications and review by a staff committee, approximately $34,000 will be granted from the <br />available $100,000 in funds. <br />Contemplated projects that will receive grants include: <br />NON-MATCHING <br />___ Organization I Description I Grant Amount <br />Equestrian Trails Inc. Corral 37 Dressage Arena Improvements at Conejo Creek $5,000.00 <br />West <br />MATCHING <br />Orctanization l Description f Grant Amount <br />McCrea Ranch Foundation Repair/Replace Metal Roofs; Replace Fence at $14,500.00 <br />McCrea Ranch <br />Amateur Baseball Replace/Add Windscreen; Replace Chain Link $14,333.00 <br />Development Group Fence at Coneio Creek Ball Park <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2015 Strategic Plan Element 2.3: Maintain the 10 -Year Capital Improvement Plan. <br />Regularly update the 10 -Year Capital Improvement Plan to prioritize projects and effectively <br />plan and allocate future resources. Update plan every two years as part of the budget <br />process. <br />Meets 2015 Strategic Plan Element 2.5: Maintain capital improvement fund. Incentivize <br />groups to improve District facilities through a grant funding application program for District <br />approved projects. <br />Meets 2015 Strategic Plan Element 4.6: Local non-profit organizations. Maintain and build <br />relationships with local non-profit organizations engaged in activities consistent with the <br />District's mission.
