Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />The Board of Directors consider and provide input to staff on the proposed two year budget. <br />DISCUSSION <br />This letter transmits the proposed two year budget, covering fiscal years (FY) 2015-16 and 2016-17, including <br />the following funds: General Fund, Districtwide Assessment District Fund, Dos Vientos Assessment District <br />Fund, Rancho Conejo Assessment District Fund, and Equipment Replacement Fund. Although not mutually <br />exclusive, each of these funds has an independent revenues source(s) and has been created to accomplish <br />designated expenditure goals. <br />The budget process began with the adoption of a preliminary budget on April 2, 2015. Public hearings have <br />been held at subsequent meetings. The process is scheduled to conclude with the adoption of budgets on <br />June 18, 2015. <br />Board input on Capital Improvement Projects from the May 7, 2015 Board meeting has been reflected in the <br />attached budgets.
