Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Public Hearing to Consid option of Resolution No. 052115—A Resolution <br />Approving Engineer's Report, Confirming Diagram and Assessment and <br />Ordering Levy of Assessment for Fiscal Year 2015-16 (Districtwide Assessment <br />AD 62-1) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Adopt Resolution No. 052115-A approving the Engineer's Report, Confirming the Diagram and <br />Assessment and Ordering the Levy of Assessment for the Districtwide Park Maintenance and <br />Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1). <br />DISCUSSION <br />On April 16, 2015, the Board of Directors directed the preparation of the annual Engineer's <br />Report for the Districtwide Assessment (62-1), preliminarily approved the Engineer's Report <br />and set the date, time and place for this Public Hearing to consider final approval of the <br />Engineer's Report, confirm the diagram and assessment and order the levy of assessment for <br />Fiscal Year 2015116. The Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Ventura County Star <br />on Thursday, May 7, 2015. Additional public notification of the District budgetary process was <br />advertised in the District's Summer Brochure. <br />At the April 16, 2015 meeting, the Board directed staff to make minor changes to the draft <br />Engineer's Report. A strike -through version of the affected pages of the Engineer's Report is <br />attached; the full final Engineer's Report is available online at www.crpd.orgl62-1 ER. <br />The attached resolution confirms and approves the final Engineer's Report for the Districtwide <br />Park Maintenance and Recreation Improvement District (AD 62-1) and confirms the levies <br />contained therein.
