Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Resolution No. 050715-A Ordering the <br />Landscape Maintenance District 92-1 <br />Adopt Resolution No. 050715-A ordering the levy of assessments for LMD 92-1 (Rancho <br />Conejo). <br />DISCUSSION <br />On April 16, 2015, the Board of Directors adopted a Resolution of Intention to levy the <br />assessments for LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) for the fiscal year 2015-16. The resolution set <br />the date, time and place for the Public Hearing required for the levy of the annual <br />assessments. The Notice of Public Hearing was published in the Ventura County Star on April <br />27, 2015. Additional public notification of the District budgetary process was advertised in the <br />District's Summer Brochure. <br />At the April 16, 2015 meeting, the Board directed staff to make minor changes to the draft <br />Engineer's Report. A strike -through version of the affected pages of the Engineer's Report is <br />attached; the full final Engineer's Report is available online at www.crt)d.org/92-1 ER. <br />The resolution under consideration at this time confirms and approves the final Engineer's <br />Report for LMD 92-1 and confirms the levies contained therein.
