RESOLUTION NO. 040215-B <br />A Resolution of the Board of Directors of Conejo Recreation & Park District <br />Supporting the Candidacy of Director Joe Gibson <br />For the Position of President-elect on the Board of Directors <br />California Association of Recreation and Park Districts <br />The Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation & Park District (CRPD) Resolves as follows: <br />WHEREAS, CRPD is a member of the California Association of Recreation and Park Districts <br />which has been formed to further interests of recreation and park districts in the provision of <br />public recreation and park services for the people of the State of California; and <br />WHEREAS, Joe Gibson has been duly elected to serve on the Board of Directors of CRPD; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is to the advantage and best interest of CRPD that a representative of its Board <br />of Directors serve as President-elect of the California Association of Recreation and Park <br />Districts. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT Director Gibson is hereby authorized and <br />directed to serve as President-elect of the California Association of Recreation and Park <br />Districts and to serve as such within the scope of his duties as a member of the Board of <br />Directors of CARPD. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of Conejo Recreation & Park District at a <br />regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 2, 2015 by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager and <br />Secretary to the Board of Directors <br />Attest: <br />Aline Reynders <br />Executive Assistant <br />
