She will meet with the Finance and <br />Audit Committee to work out some details and then come back to the Board with the <br />suggested changes to the Investment Policy and their implementation. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to adopt the District’s <br />investment policy. <br /> <br /> C. Land Lease Agreement <br /> <br /> Hare reported since 1987 the District has had a land lease agreement with John <br />Nicholson. The original agreement was for 6.9 acres; it was recently discovered that <br />the parcel is actually 3.27 acres. All terms and conditions of the agreement will remain <br />the same except for the change in acreage amount. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to authorize the <br />General Manager to enter into a land lease north of Wildwood Park. <br /> <br />10. The <br />Spring Arts & Crafts Fair at Borchard Community Center is this weekend. From now <br />on, McCrea Ranch activities will be highlighted on the Rec Highlights handout <br />distributed to Board members shortly before Registration begins for these events. <br /> <br />C.
