Land Lease Agreement Hare reported since 1987 the District has had a land lease agreement with John Nicholson. The original agreement was for 6.9 acres; it was recently discovered that the parcel is actually 3.27 acres. All terms and conditions of the agreement will remain the same except for the change in acreage amount. It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to authorize the General Manager to enter into a land lease north of Wildwood Park. 10. REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS A.
