Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Authorize the General Manager to enter into land lease north of Wildwood Park. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Since 1987, the District has been leasing what was thought to be 6.9 acres of land at the toe of <br />the slope adjacent to the home of Mr. John Nicholson. Recently, however, it was brought to the <br />attention of staff that although the leased land area has not changed, the original acreage <br />calculation was incorrect and the actual acreage is and has been 3.27 acres. <br />Staff has revised the lease to reflect the accurate acreage; all other terms and conditions of the <br />lease remain the same. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2015 Strategic Plan Element Objective and Strategy 2.0 FACILITIES: Our objective is <br />to provide and maintain recreational facilities that meet the needs of the community.
