Minutes 1-28-15 <br />Page 2 <br />3. PUBLIC DISCUSSION <br />None <br />4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF DECEMBER 10, 2014 <br />Seerden asked for a motion to approve the minutes of the December <br />meeting. <br />It was moved by Norkin, seconded by Martinich and passed <br />unanimously to approve the December Meeting Minutes as presented. <br />5. OLD AND NEW BUSINESS <br />A. 2014/2015 California Form 700 - Distribution <br />Hessman and Coleman distributed the 2014/2015 California Form 700 Fair <br />Political Practices Commission Statement of Economic Interests. Hessman <br />requested that Commissioners complete and submit the form to her by the <br />February Commission meeting. <br />B. Senior Community Garden Update and Request for Approval of up to <br />$5,000 for Project <br />Seerden asked for a motion to open the discussion. <br />It was moved by Colilles-Fuentes and seconded by Smith to approve <br />up to $5,000 in Commission funding of the Senior Community Garden <br />Project. <br />Martinich asked if garden participants would pay fees to participate at the <br />community garden. <br />Colilles-Fuentes responded that there may be participant fees associated <br />with the use of a garden plot. She said this would be an item covered by the <br />Senior Community Garden Ad Hoc Committee. She said this group will also <br />establish bylaws. <br />Cleary asked for a review of the Community Garden project including status <br />of the grant. <br />
