We were given
a tour of the facility by one of their staff and we ate lunch with the homeless. Students
observed the “less fortunate” standing in line for food, showers and clean clothes. The
students felt good about delivering the blankets. After their experience at the Los Angeles
Mission each of the students shared with me how thankful they were for what they had.
