CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br /> <br />Jones called the meeting to order at 6:02 pm and Holt led the flag salute. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Directors Present: Holt, Jones, Lange <br /> <br />Directors Absent: Gibson, Huffer <br /> <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda, Lindsey and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br /> <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and discussion ensued, regarding <br />approving the agenda as presented due to the absence of two Board members, <br />including Huffer’s, which was unexpected. Due to the nature of a strategic planning <br />session, the Board may wish to postpone discussion until a full Board is present – <br />the motion to approve the agenda as presented carried 2-1 (Holt voting No.) <br /> <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Approval of Minutes of December 18, 2014 Board Meeting <br /> <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 3-0 to approve the <br />consent calendar as presented. <br /> <br />7.
