CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7: 33 p.m., and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Berger arrived at 7:34 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen, and <br />Washington, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Holt, and carried 4.0, with Berger not <br />yet in attendance, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of May 8, 1997 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $428,075.37 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0, with Berger <br />not yet in attendance, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
