APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes Of February 6, 1997 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $309,575.66 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Lange, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />7- DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Approval Of Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) To Regulate <br />1997 Conejo Valley Days Kickoff Picnic <br />Washington stated that this is an annual event, the event <br />presented no problems last year, and he referenced the <br />submitted MOU. He noted the presence of Bruce Rothwell <br />and Vern Miller of the Conejo Valley Rotary Club. <br />Rothwell said that the event will be very similar to <br />past events, except this year it will be held on <br />Saturday. <br />It was moved by Gillette and seconded by Lange to <br />authorize staff to use the submitted Memorandum of <br />Understanding (MOU) to regulate the event. <br />
