CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gillette called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m., and <br />led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and <br />Lange <br />Jacobsen and Berger arrived at 7:42 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators Jorgensen, <br />Sorensen, and Washington; Senior Park Planner Gilmore, and <br />Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, 3-0, with Berger and Jacobsen not yet in <br />attendance, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of January 4, 1996 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - E, Total $379,834.41 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried <br />unanimously, 3-0, with Berger and Jacobsen not yet in <br />attendance, to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
