CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />JULY 25, 1996 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />M I N U T E S <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gillette called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. and <br />led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and <br />Lange <br />Jacobsen arrived at 7:40 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators Jorgensen, <br />Sorensen, and Washington; and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, 4-0 with Jacobsen not yet in attendance, to <br />approve the agenda as modified; i.e., the addition of Items <br />11 D. and 11 E., General Manager's Report and Directors' <br />Reports. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of July 11, 1996 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - E, Total $303,318.75 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, 4-0 with Jacobsen not yet in attendance, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
