City Of Thousand Oaks Correspondence Regarding Proposed <br />Ordinance Requiring Voter Approval Of Certain General <br />Plan Amendments - No Comment <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Park Division Report <br />Ward stated that the controlled burn at Wildwood Park was <br />conducted and no problems were reported. <br />B. Recreation Division Report <br />Washington highlighted the planned July 4 events, <br />including the holiday concert, and urged all to attend. <br />He noted the upcoming July 15 Goebel Anniversary Party, <br />and he said that summer programs are underway. <br />Lange said that the recent performance of the Young <br />Artists Ensemble at the Arts Council was very much <br />appreciated. <br />C. Administration Division Report <br />Jorgensen reported that staff is switching to new <br />computer hardware with increased capabilities. He said <br />that operating budgets for the three divisions will be <br />presented at the next regular Board meeting and a copy <br />of the full operating budget, with revenues and <br />expenditures, will be included in the July 11 Board <br />packet. <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />No report. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Holt and Lange indicated that everyone enjoyed the <br />chicken penning event sponsored by Conejo Open Space <br />Foundation. <br />
