CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gillette called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and <br />led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and <br />Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators Jorgensen <br />and Washington; Kevin Lukes, Recreation Supervisor; and <br />Executive Secretary Ohren <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6• CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Granting Of An Easement To General Telephone On <br />Springmeadow Park <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried <br />unanimously, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />7.
