Activity And Attendance Report - July, 1998 <br />Lange noted the attendance figures from Borchard skateboard park and the <br />Summer Aquatics Program at Newbury Park High School Pool, and said <br />that the figures indicate that the District is serving the needs of a large <br />number of Newbury Park residents. Similarly, he said that the attendance <br />figures at the Teen and Goebel Centers indicated that there are a lot of <br />activities and services being presented to both groups of patrons. <br />D. District Special Events Through October, 1998 - No Comment <br />E. Budget Performance Report - August, 1998 - No Comment <br />F. Mountains Recreation And Conservation Authority Meeting Notice - <br />And Agenda - September 14, 1998 - No Comment <br />11. DEPARTMENT REPORTS <br />A. Park Division Report <br />Sorensen reported that the Newbury Gateway Park dedication is scheduled <br />for October 31 at 11 a.m. He said that preliminary indications are that <br />homeowners interested in the development of Kimber Playfield will consider <br />using the Ventura County Community Foundation as a trust fund <br />administrator, and a schedule for meetings will be developed shortly. <br />
