CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 7, 2000 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />I. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Berger called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m.and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Jacobsen <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Benton, Jorgensen, and <br />Sorensen, Senior Park Development Planner Pluth, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Administration Of Oath Of Office To Director Lange And Director Jacobsen <br />Ward administered the oath of office and congratulated Director Lange. Jacobsen <br />was absent. <br />On behalf of the Board, Berger extended congratulations. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />6. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of November 16, 2000 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $414,064.87 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
