CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Berger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and Ward led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen and Sorensen, <br />Recreation Services Manager Wiley, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. Warrants, Exhibits A — C, Total $307,742.78 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
