Approval Of Use Of Mobile Stage By The City Of Agoura Hills Lindsey referenced the past use of the stage by the City of Agoura Hills, noted the documentation, and said that no problems were reported last year, and Board approval is sought for the out -of -district use of the stage. She noted the presence of Dale Sumersille, Recreation Supervisor from the City of Agoura Hills. In response to Lange's inquiry, Lindsey discussed stage rental fees and costs. Lange expressed concern about the wear and tear on the stage. Jacobsen concurred, and urged consideration be given to establishing a special depreciation fund. Ward said that the wear and tear on the stage through out -of -district use is not significant to warrant such a fund, and current out -of -district charges are in excess of local charges. It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the use of the mobile stage by the City of Agoura Hills for Sundays, June 18, July 9 and 23, and August 6 and 20, and authorize staff to issue a rental use permit to the City Community Services Department; the mobile stage to be used at Chumash Park for the City of Agoura Hills Summer Concert Series.
