CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m., and Jacobsen led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen and Sorensen, <br />Recreation Manager Lindsey, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of September 16, 1999 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $459,731.66 <br />it was moved by Jacobsen, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7.
