CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 17, 1999 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Jacobsen arrived at 7:32 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: Berger <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen, and <br />Washington, Recreation Supervisor Lukes, Recreation Leader Hall, and Executive <br />Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Corporate Games - Recreation Leader Lukes and Recreation Leader Gary Hall <br />Lukes introduced Hall, noting that Hall is the program's director and has managed <br />all the activities. Hall discussed the program and said that its goals are improved <br />morale and relationships within participating organizations in a fun filled <br />atmosphere, and he invited all to the closing ceremonies scheduled for July 31. <br />He thanked the sponsors, including Los Robles Medical Center, Thousand Oaks <br />Star, Trophies Etc., Total Tennis Academy, and Bent Cue for their support. <br />Board members expressed support of the program. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Gibson, and carried 4-0, to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br />
