CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 6, 1999 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m., and Jacobsen led the flag <br />salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Berger arrived at 7:32 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen, and <br />Washington, Senior Park Planner Gilmore, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />In response to Gibson's request to agendize a goal setting session, Holt suggested <br />that the request be made under Item 12, Requests For Status Reports And Items <br />For Subsequent Agendas. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Berger, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Lange noted that under Item 11.E., the word "leash" should be substituted for <br />"lease". <br />A. Minutes of April 22, 1999 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $338,465.48 <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as modified; i.e., that ander Item 11.E. <br />the word "leash" should be substituted for "Lease". <br />
