CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 11, 1999 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />GOEBEL SENIOR ADULT CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 7:33 p.m., and Gibson led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Berger arrived at 7:35 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen and <br />Washington, Park Maintenance Superintendent Marchesano, and Executive <br />Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />Nancy Jo Thompson spoke in support of the proposed Master Plan for the <br />northwest quadrant of Conejo Creek Park, and said that she desired to submit <br />suggested modifications to the plan that would make the site more equestrian <br />friendly and would provide safer access for equestrians. She distributed copies of <br />her recommendations. <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to approve <br />the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of February 25, 1999 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - F, Total $303,962.91 <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
