General Manager's Report <br />Ward noted that the Conejo Valley Historical Society Annual Report was <br />provided for the Board's information, and reported that the next Conejo Open <br />Space Conservation Agency (COSCA) Board cf Directors meeting is <br />scheduled for July 11, the District's proposed 2001-2002 Budget will be <br />available for Board review on July 16, and the June 25 Santa Monica <br />Mountains Conservancy (SMMC) Board of Directors and Advisory Committee <br />meeting at the McCrea Ranch was well attended. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Lange presented an overview of the June 25 SMMC meeting, and noted that <br />very positive feedback was received on the McCrea Ranch Master Plan. <br />Lange reported that Berger had surgery on Monday, and is recovering <br />satisfactorily. <br />Concluding, he noted that the Ventura County Special Districts Association <br />(VCSDA) meeting on July 12 will include a tour of the Toland Road landfill, <br />and urged all to attend. <br />12.
