NEW ITEMS <br />A. Approval To Add Rancho Conejo Playfield (RCP) Fence Project To <br />2000-01 CIP Budget, Funding From LIVID 92-1 Levy <br />Sorensen stated that the recommendation should include the $7,000 cost of <br />the fence. <br />In response to Board inquiries, Sorensen said that 48 inches is the standard <br />heights for fences, and the goal is to create as many soccer fields as is <br />practical. <br />It was moved by Holt seconded by Lange, and carried 3-0, to approve <br />adding the RCP fence project to the 2000-01 CIP budget, with funding <br />in the amount of $7,000 coming from the LIVID 92-1 levy. <br />B. Adoption Of Resolution Number 041901-A, A Resolution Adopting A <br />Preliminary Budget For Fiscal Year 2001-2002, And Authorizing <br />General Manager To Publish Notice Of Adoption <br />David Jorgensen Indicated that adoption of the preliminary budget allows <br />staff to continue its work until the new budget is adopted next fiscal year, <br />and allows spending to continue over the end of this fiscal year. He <br />referred to the Proposed Budget Schedule for 2001-2002. <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 3-0, to approve <br />adoption of Resolution No. 041901-A, and authorize General Manager <br />To Publish Notice of Adoption. <br />9.
