CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 7, 2002 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />In the absence of Chair Jacobsen, Vice Chair Lange called the meeting to order at <br />7:32 p.m., and Ventura County Supervisor Schillo led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Jacobsen arrived at 7:40 p.m. <br />Directors Absent: Gibson <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Scott, and <br />Sorensen, COSCA Coordinator Towne, and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 3-0, with Jacobsen not <br />yet in attendance, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of October 24, 2002 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $428,801.73 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 3-0, with <br />Jacobsen not yet in attendance, to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />
