Authorization To Transfer $3,500 From District Wide Vending Money For Purchase Of Two Refrigerators For Hillcrest Center Scott reviewed the need for the two refrigerators, noting that one would replace an old unit beyond repair, and a second would be used for groups using the Board Room. It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 4-0 to approve transfer of $3,500 from district wide vending money to account 10-10- 270-4889.000 for purchase of two new refrigerators for Hillcrest Center. B. Adoption Of Mountains Recreation And Conservation Authority Budget For Fiscal Year 2002-2003 Berger stated that the budget was previously discussed and approved by the governing bodies of the MRCA (Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority) and SMMC (Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy) as well, and in accordance with the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement, the budget is submitted to the District for approval.
