Resolution Number 101002-A, Authorizing an <br />Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Thousand <br />Oaks and the Conejo Recreation & Park District to Conduct Erosion Control <br />Work Along the North Fork Arroyo Conejo in Wildwood Park. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of September 26, 2002 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - C, Total $345,368.86 <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carred 4-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />None <br />8. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Authorization To Transfer $3,500 From District Wide Vending Money For <br />Purchase Of Two Refrigerators For Hillcrest Center <br />Scott reviewed the need for the two refrigerators, noting that one would <br />replace an old unit beyond repair, and a second would be used for groups <br />using the Board Room. <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Berger, and carried 4-0 to approve <br />transfer of $3,500 from district wide vending money to account 10-10- <br />270-4889.000 for purchase of two new refrigerators for Hillcrest Center. <br />B. Adoption Of Mountains Recreation And Conservation Authority Budget <br />For Fiscal Year 2002-2003 <br />Berger stated that the budget was previously discussed and approved by the <br />governing bodies of the MRCA (Mountains Recreation and Conservation <br />Authority) and SMMC (Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy) as well, and <br />in accordance with the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement, the budget is <br />submitted to the District for approval. <br />
