In response to Gibson's inquiry, Sorensen provided background information relative to the development of Conejo Creek South, and said that the goal is to complete grading as soon as possible, meet with the Planning Commission the first meeting in September, and it is hoped that construction can begin in October. Chuck Huffer, representing AYSO, stated his concern relative to the slippage in schedule for Conejo Creek South, and said there is a great need for expanded facilities to meet the growing needs of area children, and he appreciated the District's past support. It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Holt, and carred 5-0 to approve the Master Plan revisions. Staff clarified that adjustments to the Master Plan can be made until approval of the final budget in August. Jacobsen continued the Public Hearing to the next regular meeting. B. Approval Of Allocations From Unallocated Amount In 403 W. Hillcrest Amenity/Moving Budget Jorgensen identified a modification to staff recommendation, specifically to reduce the contingency fund to $11,672 and add $6,000 for trash receptacles. Sorensen added that trash receptacles are needed throughout the Hillcrest facility, and the cost is $5,200. In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Jorgensen clarified that the phone system has an automated portion, but the initial, primary response is by an operator. It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0 to approve the allocations to the unallocated amount in the 403 W. Hillcrest amenity/moving budget as modified; i.e. reduce contingency fund to $11,672, and add $6,000 for trash receptacles. 8. NEW ITEMS A.
